Meal Packing Event with Global Impact
I helped coordinate RiverGlen’s large-scale meal packing event in partnership with Lifeline Christian Mission—a high-energy effort aimed at fighting hunger both locally and globally.
Serving as the bridge between our church team and Lifeline, I led communication efforts, streamlined logistics, and kept everyone aligned on goals and details. I oversaw media coverage for the event, capturing video and photo content to help share the story and inspire future engagement.
On the ground, I helped allocate roles and assign tasks for over 200 volunteers, ensuring a smooth operation that resulted in packing an incredible 150,000 meals destined for communities in need around the world and right here at home.
Beyond execution, I focused on keeping the messaging clear and mission-driven, so every participant understood not just what we were doing—but why it mattered.
